Happy Dog is a TV show seen only very briefly in the Dragon Ball GT episode "Pan Blasts Off". Pan is seen watching an episode while Goten is talking to Valese on a cell phone, and on the show we see a dog running across a desert field while a voice says "last time on Happy Dog...", in a similar manner to the opening of a normal Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, or Dragon Ball GT episode.
