Great Death Beam (グレートデスビーム)[1][2] is a variation of the Barrage Death Beam and Golden Death Beam techniques used by Frieza in his True Golden Frieza form.
Overview[]
This technique is fired from each finger that home in on targets, pierce through them and continue locking on to other targets. Due to True Golden Frieza's refined ki control, he can also target his opponent's vital points with Great Death Beam to cause them to explode.
Usage[]

During the time of his return in the Universe Survival Saga, Frieza achieved perfect ki control over his golden form and developed this variation of the Death Beam. Frieza first uses it to mercilessly kill the Universe 9's Assassins that were hired by Sidra.
At Gohan's request during the finale of the Tournament of Power, Frieza uses this technique again to entrap Gohan and Dyspo of Universe 11 in a Cage of Light to limit Dyspo's movements.
Variations[]
- Cage of Light - Golden Death Beams fired continuously to form a cage, with the beams functioning as iron bars to stop the opponent's movements.
- Laser Net Death Beam - Golden Frieza's super attack in Dragon Ball Heroes.
Video Game Appearances[]
This technique was named in Dragon Ball Heroes, where it appears as the Super Attack of Angel Golden Frieza.
The technique appears in Dokkan Battle as the Super Attack of "Emperor's True Splendor Golden Frieza (Angel)".
