Mighty Hurricane Fury
First, Pikkon powers up and rotates his body at high speed until he appears as a tornado. Then, the base of the tornado drills down to the opponent and traps them in the tornado. This allows Pikkon to be able to attack the trapped opponent while the latter is incapable of fighting back. The air speed is so fast tht it creates blades of wind capable of cutting into flesh.
Pikkon first uses this attack to throw the defeated Super Perfect Cell and Ginyu Force (except Captain Ginyu) out of the bloody pond and into a mountain of spikes in Hell. Pikkon later uses the Hyper Tornado during his battle against Goku in his Full-Power Super Saiyan form in the Other World Tournament. Goku soon escapes Pikkon's Hyper Tornado and powers up with the Super Kaio-ken before flying up to punch Pikkon into a meteor orbiting the tournament stage.
Appearances in Video GamesEdit
The technique is used in the Budokai Tenkaichi series, where instead Pikkon drills towards his opponent like a missile. The technique is also unblockable and is a Blast 2 Technique in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2, and Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3. This attack is done similar to many users in Budokai Tenkaichi 3. In Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai, Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai - Another Road, Dragon Ball Z: Infinite World, and Dragon Ball Heroes, Pikkon just stands still like in the anime instead of moving. Here, it is revealed the Hyper Tornado can repel approaching energy waves as well.
