The user takes out a large rocket launcher or a shotgun, and fires it at the opponent, inflicting a great deal of damage.
This attack was originally used by Colonel Silver to shoot down Goku's Flying Nimbus in Dragon Ball. The rocket launcher used to perform this technique strongly resembles a , which is a Nazi-German anti-tank missile launcher. After which Colonel Silver hits Goku and his Flying Nimbus (suffered some damage because of the explosion), the fight between both starts.
General Blue uses an Ithaca M37 pump-action shotgun instead of a rocket launcher, after paralyzing Goku during their battle in the Pirate Cave. But General Blue cannot kill Goku because he is scared by an unexpected mouse. Having broken his concentration by the animal, Goku attacks and defeats Blue.

I'll Shoot You! was named in the video game Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 as one of General Blue's Blast 2 attacks, where he uses Silvers rocket launcher. In Dragon Ball: Advanced Adventure and Dragon Ball: Origins 2, Blue uses his shotgun instead of the rocket launcher.
