Biography

The Jingle Village Chief is held captive in the Muscle Tower by General White. While he is imprisoned and learns of Goku's attempt to rescue him, he is deeply enraged that the Red Ribbon Army actually attempted to kill a child, viewing it as much worse than harming an old man.
Added by Jeangabin666When General White pretends to surrender after Goku defeated Buyon, White pulls out a gun and holds the Jingle Village Chief hostage. Android 8 defeats White with a powerful punch after White hurts Goku, and rescues the chief along with Goku. The Jingle Village Chief later offers Android 8 a chance to stay and live with him in Jingle Village, which Android 8 accepts.
The Jingle Village Chief is seen again several years later; giving his energy for Goku's Super Spirit Bomb. He appears later again in Dragon Ball GT, alongside Android 8 and Suno when Goku takes them to New Planet Plant before Earth explodes.[1] It is surprising that he is still alive at that point, considering that 40 years have past since his first appearance in the series, at which point he was already of advanced age.

The Jingle Village Chief appears in Dragon Ball: Daimaō Fukkatsu, Dragon Ball Z: Super Gokuden: Totsugeki-Hen, Dragon Ball: Revenge of King Piccolo, and Dragon Ball: Origins 2.
He makes a minor appearance in Dragon Ball Z: Attack of the Saiyans, where he has a mustache.
