Kenji Nomura (乃村 健次 Nomura Kenji) is a Japanese voice actor from Okayama Prefecture. He voices Top and Pancéa in Dragon Ball Super.
Aside from Dragon Ball Super, Nomura is best known for voicing Yujiro Hanma in Baki the Grappler and Mitsunori Kugayama in Genshiken. He also voiced Santana in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
