Lightning Attack (雷撃, Raigeki) is a downwards kick attack used by Cooler. Cooler rushes towards his victim and then kicks downwards, smashing the opponent into the ground. Cooler uses this attack during his battle on Earth against Goku, as part of his Death Chaser technique.
Cooler kicks Gohan to the ground in the intro for Raging Blast 2
This technique was named in Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2, where it is a signature attack for Cooler and Meta-Cooler.
