A list of techniques that can be learned and/or used by the Future Warrior (Xenoverse 2) in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.

The Future Warrior (Xenoverse 2) can use many techniques displayed by characters throughout the series and can learn techniques from various Dragon Ball heroes, villains, and divine beings by taking them on as a Martial Arts Master or by obtaining skills from the skill shop in Conton City's Shop Area , through Parallel Quests, or via a wish to Shenron. The following are techniques utilized by the Future Warrior in trailers, learned from various Masters, obtained in Parallel Quests, obtained via a wish to Shenron, part of their default moveset, or available for purchase in the Skill Shop. Rare and powerful skills can also be purchased from the TP Medal Shop which is open from Friday to Sunday, though TP Medals are required to purchase Skills at this shop. Some are exclusive to a certain race.

Techniques

  • Energy Charge - A power up super skill used to charge ki. It is the game's first and basic power up skill. It is obtained after passing Advancement Test-Easy Class.
    • Full Power Charge - A power up skill that charges energy faster than Energy Charge. It is obtained after passing Advancement Test-Advanced Class.
      • Maximum Charge - A power up skill that charges energy faster than Full Power Charge. It is obtained after passing Advancement Test-God Class.
  • Kamehameha – The signature Super Skill of the Turtle School originally invented by Master Roshi and later learned by many of Earth's fighters such as Goku, Krillin, Tien, Yamcha, and now the Future Warrior can also learn the technique as a reward in Parallel Quest 05: "Saiyan Blood". The Future Warrior can perform it as an Emote Action Emote 48: "Kamehameha".
    • Kamehameha Boost - A technique where the user uses the Kamehameha as a form of Jet-propulsion to attack their opponent and one of Goku's Super Skills, which can be obtained by the Future Warrior.
    • Super Kamehameha - The Future Warrior can use a more powerful version of the Kamehameha by completing Goku's training.
    • Perfect Kamehameha - Cell's Ultimate skill which the Future Warrior learns at the end of their training under Cell as a Master.
    • Scatter Kamehameha - The Future Warrior learns the technique after completing Krillin's Training.
    • Majin Kamehameha - A imitation of the Kamehameha used by members of the Majin race that can be charged up to three stages.
    • Kamekameha - Goten's Super skill which can be obtained by the Future Warrior in Parallel Quest 48: "2nd World Tournament Tag Team".
    • Final Kamehameha - A combination of the Final Flash and Kamehameha used by Vegito as one of his Ultimate Skills.
    • Burning Kamehameha - A combination of the Burning Attack and Kamehameha used by Xeno Gotenks.

    • Bluff Kamehameha - Gogeta's Super skill.
    • Big Bang Kamehameha - Gogeta's Signature Super Skill.
    • Kaio-ken Kamehameha - One of Goku's Super Skills . Can be obtained in Parallel Quest 14: "Saiyan Pride".
      • 3x Kaio-ken Kamehameha - One of Goku's Super Skills.
      • x4 Kaio-ken Kamehameha - One of Goku's Ultimate Skills. Can be obtained
      • x20 Kaio-ken Kamehameha - One of Goku's Ultimate Skills. Can be obtained via the Skill shop.
    • One-Handed Kamehameha - A one-handed version of the Super Kamehameha fired after a backflip. Can be purchased at the TP Medal shop.
      • One-Handed Kamehameha mk.II - A stronger version of the One-Handed Kamehameha used by Future Gohan which the Future Warrior can learn after completing School Quest: "Lesson 3" of Future Gohan's Training which is part of the Masters Pack DLC.
  • Solar Flare - Tien's super skill used to blind opponents with a flash of light bright as the sun. It's in-game description reads: "Fire a bright light from the front to blind and stun your enemy. It won't work from the back." This technique can be obtained as a reward in Parallel Quest 03: "World Tournament Tag Team".
  • Energy Shot - A common Ki Blast Super Skill that allows the user to fire a chargeable ki blast.
  • Afterimage - This common Super Skill in which the user dodges attacks with an afterimage.
    • Afterimage Strike - The advanced version of the Afterimage Super Skill which the Future Warrior can learn by taking Goku on as a Master and completing his Training Qualification Mission.
    • Phantom Fist - Mira's version of the Afterimage Super Skill which restores Stamina upon evading an opponents attack.
  • Evil Ray Strike - Gohan's charging rush Super Skill used against Raditz for hurting Goku.
    • Evil Rise Strike - A variation of Evil Ray Strike where the user charges upwards.
  • Explosive Assault - Fires a barrage of ki blasts followed by a powerful ki wave, leaving the user exhausted for a time.
  • Masenko - Gohan's signature Super Skill.
    • Full Power Masenko - A more powerful version of the Masenko used by the Future Warrior as the final part of the Explosive Assault Ultimate Skill.
  • Evil Explosion - The Future Warrior can learn this technique from Piccolo after completing their training qualification battle. It is the first technique learned from Piccolo.
  • Special Beam Cannon – The Future Warrior can be taught the Special Beam Cannon via complete Piccolo's training. The Future Warrior can perform it as an Emote Action, Emote 50: "Special Beam Cannon".
  • Light Grenade - One of Piccolo's Super Skills used during his battle with Android 17 which the Future Warrior can learn this technique from training under Piccolo.
  • Hellzone Grenade - One of Piccolo's Ultimate Skills used during his battle with Android 17.
  • Evil Eyes - A Super Skill used by Piccolo and Lord Slug in which the user fires an invisible blast from their eyes that creates an explosion at their opponent's location. Can be learned by completing Lord Slug's Initiation Test to train under him.
  • Flash Strike - One of Vegeta's Super Skills which he used first to kill a Saibamen defeated by Tien and later to kill his former rival Cui on Namek. The user points their middle and index finger's at the opponent creating an explosion at the targets location. The Future Warrior can learn this skill by completing School Quest: "Lesson 2" of Vegeta's Training.
  • Galick Gun - The Future Warrior can learn to use the Galick Gun by completing Vegeta's Initiation Test to train under him. The Future Warrior can perform it as an Emote Action Emote 49: "Galick Gun".
    • Galick Beam Cannon - Mira's Galick Gun variant and Super Skill which the Future Warrior can obtain.
    • Super Galick Gun - One of Vegeta's Ultimate Skills which the Future Warrior can learn by purchasing it from the TP Medal Shop in Conton City.
  • Big Bang Attack - Vegeta's infamous Super Skill which he first used to destroy Android 19. Can be obtained from the TP Medal Shop.
  • Final Flash - The Future Warrior can learn to use Vegeta's signature ultimate skill by completing Vegeta's training.
  • Shine Shot - One of Vegeta's super skills where the user fires a ki blast while moving to the left or right. Learned by the Warrior during their training with Vegeta.
  • Double Sunday - Raditz signature double ki wave technique. The Future Warrior can learn how to use it by completing Raditz's Initiation Test.
    • Weekend - A Ultimate Skill version of Double Sunday. The Future Warrior can learn how to use it by completing Raditz's Training
  • Saturday Crash - Raditz's paralyzing Ki blast Super Skill. The Future Warrior can learn how to use it in School Quest: "Lesson 1" of Raditz's Training.
  • Shining Friday - Raditz's energy sphere technique. The Future Warrior can learn how to use it from training with Raditz.
  • Giant Storm - Nappa's Ultimate Skill which he used to destroy East City. The Future Warrior can also preform it as an Emote Action Emotes 51: "Giant Storm".
  • Arm Crash - A powerful rush super skill used by Nappa on Tien resulting in the removal Tien's left hand and arm. In Xenoverse 2, it is a chargeable striking technique that is capable of breaking an opponents guard when fully charged. The Future Warrior can learn how to use it from training with Nappa.
  • Bomber DX - One of Nappa's Ki attack super skills which killed Piccolo when he shielded Gohan from it during the Saiyan conflict also resulting in Kami's death. The Future Warrior can learn how to use by completing
  • Genocide Shell - Nappa's Super Skill where the user creates 4 stationary energy spheres. The Future Warrior can learn how to use it from training with Nappa.
  • Break Cannon - Nappa's Mouth Energy Wave Ultimate Skill. The Future Warrior can learn how to use it by completing Nappa's Training.
  • Murder Grenade - An energy sphere Super Skill used by Nappa which creates an eruption of ki if it hits the ground or an opponent. Can be obtained in Expert Mission 03: "Assault of the Great Ape".
  • Destructo Disc - The Future Warrior can learn this technique from Krillin if the Warrior completes School Quest: "Lesson 2" of Krillin's Training.
    • Chain Destructo Disc-barrage - Krillin's multiple Destructo Disc Ultimate Skill can be obtained from Parallel Quest 46: "16 of the Official History"
    • Death Slicer - Frieza's homing energy disc Super Skill can be learned by the Future Warrior by completing School Quest: "Lesson 2" of Frieza's Training.
      • Double Death Slicer - Can be obtained in Parallel Quest 24: "Super Saiyan Legend".
    • Side Bridge - Android 17's swirling Energy Disc Super Skill.
  • Sauzer Blade - Can be obtained in Parallel Quest 27: "Metal Cooler Riot".
    • Spinning Blade - This evasion skill can be obtained in Parallel Quest 15: "Gotta Find That Dragon Ball!"
  • Crusher Ball - Jeice's signature super skill can be obtained in Parallel Quest 34: "Return of Ginyu Force!".
    • Crusher Volcano - Jeice's Ultimate Skill and a variation of the Crusher Ball technique. Unleashes a barrage of Crusher Balls, before finish off with a large Crusher Ball.
  • Recoome Eraser Gun - Recoome's Mouth Energy Wave Super Skill can be obtained in Parallel Quest 17: "Ginyu and the Fruit".
  • Recoome Kick - Recoome's kick Super Skill can be obtained in Parallel Quest 61: "The Cell Games Continued".
  • Ultra Fighting Bomber - Recoome's Ultimate Skill can be obtained via the Skill Shop.
  • Mach Punch - Burter's Punching Super Skill can be obtained in Parallel Quest 19: "Fierce Battle! Ginyu Force".
  • Mach Kick - Burter's Kicking Super Skill can be obtained in Parallel Quest 17: "Ginyu and the Fruit".
  • Mach Dash - Burter's Evasive Skill can be obtained in Parallel Quest 18: "Force Entrance Exam".
  • Blue Hurricane - Burter's Ultimate Skill.
  • Milky Cannon - While in Ginyu's body, the Future Warrior can utilize Milky Cannon. The Warrior can also learn it from Captain Ginyu by becoming his student.
  • Body Change - The Future Warrior can learn Captain Ginyu's signature technique by taking Ginyu on as a Master and successfully completing his training.
  • Death Beam - Frieza's signature finger beam super skill which the Future Warrior can learn from the tyrant himself by choosing Frieza as a Master and completing Frieza's Training Qualification mission.
    • Emperor's Death Beam - Golden Frieza's Ultimate Skill, the user can use this attack base of how much ki it has, can be obtained via the TP medal shop.
  • Death Crasher - Frieza's Energy Shield attack Super Skill which the Future Warrior can learn from the tyrant himself by completing School Quest: "Lesson 1" of Frieza's Training. The skill chargeable and the longer it is charged the further it will travel.
  • Death Slash - Frieza's Ki Slash Super Skill which the Future Warrior can obtain in Parallel Quest 12: "Fierce Battle! Ginyu Force".
  • Super Electric Strike - A Ki Slash Ultimate Skill used by Android 17 and his sister Android 18.
  • Thunder Eraser - Super 17's Super Skill can be obtained via a wish to Shenron for more Super Skills. Can be purchased from the Skill Shop.
  • Freedom Kick - A kicking Super Skill used by Android 17.
  • Power Blitz - Android 18's signature ki blast Super Skill can be learn during 18's Training as the Warrior's Master.
  • Deadly Dance - A series of dance-like kicks used by Android 18 which the Future Warrior can learn during 18's training as the Warrior's Master.
  • Instant Transmission - A teleportation super skill learned by Goku while on Planet Yardrat. It requires no ki or stamina to use, allowing the skill to be performed without cost.
  • Kai Kai - A teleportation super skill which allows the user to teleport like Instant Transmission but without locking on to a Ki signature. Unlike Instant Transmission, which requires the user to lock onto the enemy or knocked out allies and teleport to them from that range, Kai Kai's range is limitless. It teleports the user to their nearest ally wherever they are in the area or functions like Instant Transmission when the user is fighting alone, though requires a lock-on like Instantaneous Transmission. Like Instant Transmission it requires no Ki or Stamina to use. Can be obtained in Parallel Quest 63: "Appetite for Destruction!".
  • Super Dragon Flight - Teen Gohan's ki uppercut can be obtained in Parallel Quest 31: "Let's Train".
  • Evil Whirlwind - Teen Gohan's spinning kick that can be obtained in Parallel Quest 24: "Power Teams".
  • Burning Attack - Future Trunks' signature super skill can be obtained in Parallel Quest 41: "Warriors' Annihilation - Future Chapters".
  • God Breaker - Future Trunks' Super Skill used to kill King Cold. Can be obtained in Parallel Quest 44: "Dragon Balls of the Future".
  • Change the Future - This Super Skill used by Future Trunks to kill Future Android 18 and changed the future timeline can be obtained in Parallel Quest 43: "Change the Future".
  • Heat Dome Attack - This Ultimate Skill used by Future Trunks to kill Future Cell for good can be obtained in Parallel Quest 40: "The Future Warriors!".
  • Finish Buster - Kid Trunks Super Skill.
  • Double Buster - Kid Trunks' can be obtained via the Skill Shop.
  • Victory Rush - GT Trunks Ultimate Skill.
  • Final Cannon - Kid Trunks' Rush Strike Super Skill.
  • Charge - Goten's signature rush strike technique used during his Junior World Tournament match against Trunks.
  • Drain Field - Super 17's ki absorption barrier super skill that absorbs ki blast moves and adds them to the user's own ki reserves. Can be learned by the Future Warrior via wishing to Shenron for super skills.
  • Drain Charge - A ki absorption skill that allows the Future Warrior to grab and drain an opponents ki.
    • Super Drain - A stamina absorption skill that allows the Future Warrior to grab and drain an opponents stamina instead of ki.
      • Hyper Drain - A ki and stamina absorption skill that allows the Future Warrior to grab and drain an opponents of both ki and stamina.
  • Dynamite Kick - Mr. Satan's signature chargeable rush Super Skill which the Future Warrior can learn by becoming Mr. Satan's Student.
  • Rolling Hercule Punch - Mr. Satan's Megaton class Super Skill which the Future Warrior can learn during their training with Mr. Satan as a Master.
  • Miracle Kneel - Mr. Satan's infamous evasive skill where he crouches down pretending he has stomach ache, which in Xenoverse allows the user to evade attacks. Mr. Satan's Master Z-Soul, "Eek! Waaaah! What'll I do?!" is activated when this skill is used when both are equipped, which nulls all attack but temporary makes the user invincible.
  • Eagle Kick - Videl's signature Super Skill can be obtained during Gohan & Videl's Training as the Warrior's Masters.
  • Hawk Charge - One of Videl Super Skill that can be obtained during Gohan & Videl's training as the Warrior's Masters.
  • Justice Rush - Great Saiyaman 2's rush strike Super Skill.
  • Justice Combination - Videl's rush strike Ultimate Skill that can be obtained by completing Gohan & Videl's Training as the Warrior's Masters.
  • Scissors Paper Rock - One of GT Goku's rush super skills which he learned from Grandpa Gohan as a boy. In the game, this skill triggers a Rock-Paper-Scissors pose after which the one can press the corresponding button inputs for: Scissors (which has the same blinding effect as the Solar Flare), Paper (knockback and break destructible objects in stages), and Rock (a punch strike). By combining these 3 moves the user can attack up to 3 times in quick succession, though the user is vulnerable during the pose and get hit during it prevents it from being completed. One example of this skills possible combos is Scissors (to blind & stun), Rock (to strike the stunned opponent), and Paper (to knockback the opponent). The Future Warrior can preform all three parts as different Emote Actions Emote 45: "Rock, paper, scissors (Rock)" Emote 46: "Rock, paper, scissors (Scissors)" and Emote 47: "Rock, paper, scissors (Paper)".
  • Orin Combo - A combo technique used by the monks Orin Temple, which can taught to the Warrior by taking Krillin on as a Master.
  • Ki Blast Thrust - One of Yamcha's Super Skills which the Future Warrior can learn from him by taking on Yamcha as a Master. It is unlocked after Yamcha's first training.
  • Fake Death - One of Yamcha's Super Skills which the Future Warrior can learn from him by taking Yamcha on as a Master. It is unlocked after Yamcha's second training.
  • Wolf Fang Fist - Yamcha's bona fide original Super Skill which the Future Warrior can learn from him by taking Yamcha on as a Master. It is unlocked after Yamcha's third training.
    • Neo Wolf Fang Fist - Can be obtained in Parallel Quest 86: "Yamcha Is Number One".
  • Spirit Ball - Yamcha's Ultimate Skill which the Future Warrior receives upon completing Yamcha's training.
  • Lullaby Punch - A technique used by Jackie Chan/Master Roshi in an attempt to put Goku to sleep (which failed due to Bulma waking Goku up by shouting "Dinner Time"), during the final match of the 21st World Martial Arts Tournament.
  • Volleyball Fist - One of Tien's Super Skills which the Future Warrior can obtain by completing Tien's Training Qualification Mission.
  • Dodon Ray - The signature Super skill of the Crane School which the Future Warrior can learn after completing Tien's 1st training mission.
  • Tri-Beam - Tien's signature Super skill which the Future Warrior can learn after completing Tien's 2nd training mission.
    • Spirit Tri-Beam - When preforming the Tri-Beam on the ground the Future Warrior will fire it with one hand.
    • Neo Tri-Beam - Tien's Ultimate Skill which he teaches to the Future Warrior upon the completion of Tien's Training.
  • Wall of Defense – The Future Warrior uses this technique to protect Gohan and Piccolo from Frieza's Killer Ball technique and to stop Krillin from killing the injured Vegeta after his defeat in Age 761. They can also use this technique in battle as a super skill, it can the user to shield nearby a support character, making it useful in quests with conditions that require their survival or that they only take a certain amount of damage.
  • Victory Cannon - Gotenks Mouth Energy Wave Evasive Skill can be obtain in Parallel Quest 35: "Tag with Gotenks".
  • Galactic Donuts - One of Gotenks' super skills which the Future Warrior learns after becoming Gotenks' "underling"/student. It is the first skill learned from Gotenks.
  • Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack – Gotenks' signature skill which the Future Warrior learns through Gotenks' training, as two separate skills. The Future Warrior first learns how to quickly summon one ghost as a Super Skill. Upon completing Gotenks' training they learn how to create five ghosts to perform Gotenks' Ultimate Skill Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack 5 Ghost Finish.
  • Telekinesis – While using certain skills the Future Warrior is capable of paralyzing foes using Telekinesis.
    • Time Control - Guldo's Super which can be obtained in Parallel Quest 18: "Force Entrance Exam". In the game, it is described as a form of Telekinesis.
    • Paralysis - Guldo's Ultimate Skill which can be obtained in Parallel Quest 34: "Return of Ginyu Force!".
    • Psycho Escape - Guldo's Evasive Skill used to telekinesis to paralysis opponents to allow the user to escape. Can be obtained in Parallel Quest 13: "Namekian Dragon Balls".
    • Death Meteor - One of Frieza's Ultimate Skills where telekinesis is used to hurl several large rocks like meteors at the opponent.
  • Super Back Jump - One of the Future Warrior's default Evasive Skills.
    • Super Front Jump - The Future Warrior can obtain this Evasive Skill by purchasing in from the Skill Shop.
  • Turn Retreat - An Evasive Skill.
  • High Tension Turn - The Future Warrior.
  • Instant Rise - Can be obtained in Parallel Quest 37: "Clash! Perfect Cell!".
  • Psychic Move - Frieza's Evasive Skill.
  • Spirit Slash - Can be obtained in Parallel Quest 02: "A Deal?! The Saiyan Brothers".
  • Meteor Crash - One of the Future Warrior's default rush Super Skills. Can be obtained in Parallel Quest 12: "Simian Battlefront".
  • Meteor Blow - A rush strike Super Skill that can be obtained in Parallel Quest 09: "The Saiyan King Is...Who?".
  • Meteor Strike - A rush strike Super Skill that can be obtained in Parallel Quest 06: "Saibamen's Revenge".
  • Sledgehammer - A chargeable rush strike Super Skill.
  • Sonic Rush - Future Gohan's rush strike Super Skill, that he teaches to the Future Warrior.
  • Consecutive Energy Blast - One of the Future Warrior default rapid fire ki blast Super Skills.
    • Full Power Energy Blast Volley - One of the Future Warrior's default Ultimate Skills.
    • Finish Breaker - Vegeta's Energy Barrage Super Skill can be obtained during Vegeta's training as the Warrior's Master.
    • DIE DIE Missile Barrage - One of Gotenks' super skills which the Future Warrior learns during Gotenks' training as the Warrior's Master.
    • Endless Shot - Android 18's Energy Barrage Super Skill can be learned during 18's training as the Warrior's Master.
    • Flash Bomber - Super 17's Energy Barrage Super Skill which the Future Warrior can obtain by making a wish to Shenron for more Super Skills.
    • Dragon Flash Bullet - Omega Shenron's Energy Barrage Super Skill Super Skill which the Future Warrior can obtain by making a wish to Shenron for more Super Skills.
  • Spread Shot Retreat - Krillin's Evasive Skill which the Future Warrior can learn during Krillin's Training as the Warrior's Master. Can be obtained in Parallel Quest 28: "Legendary Super Saiyan".
    • Rolling Bullet - Android 18's and Great Saiyaman 2's Evasive Skill which can be obtained as a reward in Parallel Quest 42: "Artificial Warriors".
  • Energy Field - 17's and Super 17's Evasive Skill which can be obtained as a reward in Parallel Quest 29: "The Androids Attack".
    • Energy Barrier - Cell's Evasive Skill which can be obtained as a reward in Parallel Quest 32: "Multiple Cell Jr. Hunt".
    • Force Shield - Vegito's Evasive Skill.
    • Counter Burst - Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta's energy shield counterattack that can be obtained in Parallel Quest Event: "Room to Spare".
    • Energy Dome - Future Gohan's Evasive Skill, that he teaches to the Future Warrior.
  • Explosive Wave - An Evasive Skill.
    • Super Explosive Wave - Piccolo's Evasive Skill learned during Piccolo's Training as the Warrior's Master.
    • Angry Shout - Kid Buu's Kiai scream Evasive Skill.
    • Break Strike - A common Evasive Skill.
    • Spirit Boost - A harmless burst of ki that destroys weak ki blasts.
    • Spirit Explosion - Goku's Kiai Evasive Skill used during his battle against Burter & Jeice can be obtained in Parallel Quest 25: "The Emperor's Brother".
  • Split Finger Shot - One of Vegito's Super Skills.
  • Spirit Sword - Vegito's Ki Sword Ultimate Skill.
  • Vanisher Guard - Gogeta's Evasive Skill.
  • Maiden Blast - GT Pan's Ultimate Skill which the Future Warrior can learn by completing Pan's Training as a Master.
  • Maiden Burst - Pan's Evasive Skill which the Future Warrior can learn during Pan's Training as the Warrior's Master.
  • Feint Shot - Pan's energy wave feint attack can be learned during Pan's Training as the Warrior's Master.
  • Dancing Parapara - The hypnotic dancing technique of the Para Brothers which the Future Warrior can learn by completing Pan's Initiation Test to train under her. While dancing the user recovers stamina, if an opponent is in a certain range when the skill is performed they will be forced to dance along with the user until the dance is finished or they are hit by users support which will cause the opponent to stop dancing, however the user will keep on dancing until they are hit or they finish dancing. The user can cancel the dance by using an Evasive Skill.
  • Fighting Poses - The Future Warrior can learn various Fighting Poses used by members of the Ginyu Force and others. The Future Warrior can also perform fight poses as Emote actions in Conton City and the Time Nest.
    • Taunt - A move where the user taunts their opponent by putting their hands on the side of their head and making faces in order to anger, demoralize, or distract their opponent. Causes nearby enemies to lock-on to the user.
      • Pressure Sign - Vegito's taunting counter Super Skill where the user beckons the opponent to attack them with a taunting pose, then when the opponent attacks the user uses Rapid Movement to get behind the opponent and attack them with a powerful kick. The Future Warrior.
      • The Savior Has Come - Mr. Satan's Ultimate Skill which the Future Warrior can learn by completing Mr. Satan's training. Though it is Mr. Satan's ultimate technique it causes no damage, instead it causes all enemies to lock-on to the user. During the technique, the user performs Mr. Satan's trademark double-V pose, attracting any nearby opponents attention. It can also be used as one of the Warrior's Emote Action under Emotes 27: Hercule!
      • Prepare to be Punished - Pan's Fighting Pose power up Super Skill which the Future Warrior can obtain by taking Pan on as a Master and complete her Training Qualification Mission: "Become Pan’s Apprentice". The user points their right index finger at the opponent then powers up increasing their stats, while becoming unable to switch the opponent they are locked-on to until said opponent is defeated.
    • Emperor's Sign - Frieza's Fighting Pose Super Skill used to inspire his troops in battle. It can be learned by the Future Warrior via completing Frieza's second Training Mission. This skills effects change based on Race.
    • Justice Pose - Great Saiyaman's and Great Saiyaman 2's Fighting Pose Super Skill. Can be obtained in Parallel Quest 53: "The Fist of Justcie!".
    • Hero's Pose - Elite Galactic Patrolman Jaco's signature Fighting Pose Super Skill which the Future Warrior can learn during Jaco's training as the Warrior's Master.
    • Fighting Pose A - One of Captain Ginyu's Fighting Pose Super Skills. Used by the Future Warrior while trapped in Ginyu's body and later learned while Ginyu is a master. Automatically guards attacks for a short time.
    • Fighting Pose B - One of Jeice's Fighting Pose Super Skills. Obtained in Parallel Quest 16: "Defeat Frieza's Army!"
    • Fighting Pose C - One of Guldo's Fighting Pose Super Skills. Obtained in Parallel Quest 13: "Namekian Dragon Balls."
    • Fighting Pose D - One of Burter's Fighting Pose Super Skills. Temporarily increases the speed of Boost Dash. Obtained in Parallel Quest 15: "Gotta Find That Dragon Ball!"
    • Fighting Pose E - One of Recoome's Fighting Pose Super Skills. Increases ATK temporarily. Obtained in Parallel Quest 19: "Fierce Battle! Ginyu Force."
    • Fighting Pose F - One of Ginyu's Fighting Pose Super Skills. Damage is temporarily taken in Stamina instead of Health.
    • Fighting Pose G - One of Jeice's Fighting Pose Super Skills.
    • Fighting Pose H - One of Guldo's Fighting Pose Super Skills. Obtained in Parallel Quest 61: "The Cell Games Continued."
    • Fighting Pose I - One of Burter's Fighting Pose Super Skills.
    • Fighting Pose J - One of Recoome's Fighting Pose Super Skills. Stamina recovers more quickly for a time. Obtained in Parallel Quest 17: "Ginyu and the Furit."
    • Fighting Pose K - One of Recoome's Fighting Pose Super Skills.
    • Guldo Fighting Pose - Guldo's personal Fighting Pose Super Skill which the Future Warrior can perform as an Emote action, Emote 19: "Ginyu Force: Guldo". Unable to use the Super Skill version.
    • Final Pose - Recoome's evasive skill, a special finishing pose followed by a shock wave. Increases normal ATK temporarily. Obtained in Parallel Quest 74: "Galactic Patrol, Away!"
  • Mach Dash - Burter's evasive skill in which the user fly at terrific speed with a dash. Temporarily increases the user's speed. Obtained in Parallel Quest 18: "Force Entrance Exam."
  • Armored Boost - GT Trunks' evasive skill in which the user preforms a flying dash while invincible to attack.
  • Rebellion Spear - Bardock's charging Super Skill.
  • Riot Javelin - Bardock's Signature Energy Sphere technique used during his confrontation with Frieza.
  • Tyrant Lancer - Bardock's charging energy punch/energy wave technique.
  • Gigantic Omega - Broly's energy sphere Super Skill.
  • Blaster Shell - Broly's energy sphere barrage Super Skill.
  • Gigantic Meteor - Broly's Ultimate Skill.
  • Blaster Meteor - Broly's Evasive Skill.
  • Mimicry - During their final "training" under Broly, according to a statement made by Broly the Future Warrior uses mimicry to learn Broly's Ultimate Skill and it is implied that the Warrior learned Broly's other techniques via mimicking them as well (as Broly's training is actually little more than him repeatedly attacking the Future Warrior over and over to make them suffer before he ultimately decides to kill them).
  • Fusion Dance - Two of the Future Warrior's Emote actions (which can only be performed in Toki Toki City and the Time Nest), allows them to preform one part of the dance when selected. The Emotes are known as Emote 13: "fusion (right)" and Emote 14: "fusion (left)". During online play with precise timing it is possible for the Future Warrior and another Time Patroller (another player's custom character) to preform the fusion dance together though no fusions can occur regardless and is simply just for show and as a way to have fun with other players outside of battles and quests. The Future Warrior can only perform the dance and is unable to preform Metamoran fusion.
  • Death Ball - One of Frieza's ultimate skills.
  • Minus Energy Power Ball - Omega Shenron's Ultimate Skill which the Future Warrior can obtain by making a wish to Shenron for a new ultimate skill.
  • Whirlwind Blade - One of Omega Shenron's Super Skill which the Future Warrior can obtain by making a wish to Shenron for more Super Skills.
  • Spirit Bomb - One of Goku's most powerful moves, taught to him by King Kai. Goku teaches the Future Warrior this super move after completing his second training mission.
    • Super Spirit Bomb - Goku's Ultimate Skill that put an end to the pure evil that was Kid Buu. In the game's Majin Buu Saga, during the final battle with Villainous Mode Kid Buu, the Warrior assists Goku with this technique helping him give the Super Spirit Bomb one final push that ultimately destroyed the struggling Kid Buu, restoring the timeline.
  • Ill Rain - Super Buu's Super Skill which.
  • Ill Flash - Super Buu's sweeping Mouth Energy Wave.
  • Dimesion Cannon - Super Buu's time space warping Evasive Skill.
  • Assault Rain - Super Buu's Ultimate Skill used to kill most of the population of Earth. It can be obtained as a reward in Expert Mission 09: "The Most Feared Majin".
  • Vanishing Ball - Kid Buu's Planet destroy energy ball Super Skill used to destroy the Earth. It can be obtained as a reward in Parallel Quest 58: "Majin Banquet. A Majin Future Warrior can also access it while using the Purification Awoken Skill transformation.
    • Super Vanishing Ball - An Ultimate Skill version of the Vanishing Ball. It can be obtained by purchasing it from the Skill Shop in Conton City. A Majin Future Warrior can also access it while using the Purification Awoken Skill transformation.
    • Teleporting Vanishing Ball - An Ultimate Skill which combines the Vanishing Ball with Instant Transmission to deliver a surprise attack. It can be obtained as a reward in Parallel Quest 62: "Frieza's Nightmare Returns!". A Majin Future Warrior can also access it while using the Purification Awoken Skill transformation.
  • Prelude to Destruction - Whis' Finger Beam Super Skill
  • Strike of Revelation - Whis' Rush Strike Super Skill
  • Symphonic Destruction - Whis' Ki Blast Ultimate Skill.
  • Headshot - Lord Beerus' Evasive Skill can be learned during the Warrior's training under Lord Beerus' as the Warrior's Master, or obtaining it from Parallel Quest 69 "God of Destruction and His Master".
  • God of Destruction's Anger - Lord Beerus' Finger Beam Super Skill can be learned during the Warrior's training under Lord Beerus' as the Warrior's Master.
  • God of Destruction's Wrath - One of Lord Beerus' Super skills.
  • God of Destruction's Rampage - Lord Beerus' rush strike Super skill.
  • Sphere of Destruction - Lord Beerus' Ultimate Skill can be learned by completing the Warrior's training under Lord Beerus' as the Warrior's Master, via completing Beerus' final training.
  • Ice Claw - Eis Shenron's rush strike Super skill. A series of slicing strike attacks that can be used to blind an opponent.
  • Freezing Beam - One of Eis Shenron's Super skill. The user fires an energy beam from their eye which freezes opponents.
  • Ice Field - One of Eis Shenron's Super skills. The user uses freezing air to create a barrier of jagged ice that freezes any opponent that touches it, making it useful when surrounded by enemies.
  • Absolute Zero - Eis Shenron's Evasive skill. The user abruptly lowers their body temperature freezing any opponent that touches them.
  • Ice Cannon - Eis Shenron's Ultimate skill. The user ascends while spinning then stops and fires an ultra-powerful Ki Blast that freezes opponents. The Future Warrior fires the freezing Ki Blast from their left palm due to lacking Eis Shenron's 3-Star Dragon Ball and left arm cannon.
  • Burst Attack - Nuova Shenron's signature Super skill. The user fires a flaming Ki Blast towards the opponent, creating a pillar of fire that stays in the location of hit for a short time.
  • Burst Reflection - One of Nuova Shenron's Super skills. The user deploys a lens shaped barrier and unleashes powerful Ki Waves.
  • Fighting Sun - One of Nuova Shenron's Super skills. This skill is a Power Up which makes the user briefly unable to use skills, while causing all abilities/stats to be increased.
  • Dragon Burn - Nuova Shenron's Evasive skill. The user abruptly raises their body temperature setting any opponent that touches them on fire.
  • Burning Spin - Nuova Shenron's Ultimate skill. The user moves freely while attacking wrapped in a sphere of huge flames.
  • Position Shift - One of Towa's Super Skills The user fires a ki blast that switches locations between the user and the opponent hit by the blast. Can be used to escape enemies or when used up close it can put the user behind to opponent to attack their backside.
  • Time Bullet - One of Towa's Super Skills
  • Energy Zone - Towa's Healing Ultimate Skill
  • Android Kick - One of Mira's Super Skills
  • Infinity Explosion - One of Mira's Super Skills
  • Serious Bomb - Mira's as-of-yet incomplete Ultimate Skill can be obtained via the Skill Shop.
  • Super Explosive Wave - Future Gohan's one-handed energy wave Super Skill (not to be confused with the Super Explosive Wave Evasive Skill learned from Piccolo) which the Future Warrior can learn from Future Gohan by completing Future Gohan's Initiation Test which is part of the Masters Pack DLC.
  • Angry Explosion - an Ultimate Skill which can be obtained as a reward in Expert Mission 12: "Attack of the Lone Supersoldier".
  • God of Destruction's Roar - Champa's Super Skill which can be obtained as part of the second DLC.
  • God of Destruction's Menace - Champa's Ultimate Skill which can be obtained as part of the second DLC.

Weapon-based Techniques

Though the use of certain skills the Future Warrior can wield weapons such as the Power Pole, Ray Gun, or a sword.

Sword

The Future Warrior can learn two of Future Trunks' Sword-based Super Skills and Janemba's sword-based Super Skill. They can also equip several different swords as nonfunctional accessories. These Sword Skills are:

  • Shining Slash - A single chargeable sword slash super skill of Future Trunks which can be obtained in Parallel Quest 38: "Power Teams". One of the Future Warrior's sword-based super skills.
  • Burning Slash - Future Trunks' infamous super sword skill used to put an end to the life of Mecha-Frieza. It can be obtained in Parallel Quest 44: "Dragon Balls of the Future". One of the Future Warrior's sword-based super skills.
  • Rakshasa's Claw - Janemba's Sword technique which can fire up to five sword blasts before finishing with a two-handed Sword slash that knocks the opponent downward. Can be obtained as a reward in Parallel Quest 57: "Hell is a Picture?".

Power Pole

The Power Pole a weapon Goku inherited from his Grandpa Gohan (who received it from Master Roshi and was original owned by Korin and connected Korin's Tower with Kami's Lookout) along with the Four-Star Dragon Ball and was used by Goku in his youth during his battles with the Red Ribbon Army and King Piccolo. The Power Pole appears as a nonfunctional accessory for the Future Warrior which can be obtained via a wish to Shenron. There are also 2 Power Pole-based skills the warrior can obtain:

  • Power Pole - A weapon-based Super Skill used by GT Goku which can be obtained by the Future Warrior through the. It's in-game description reads: "Extend the Power Pole and jab your enemy!"
  • Power Pole Combo - A weapon-based rush Super Skill used by GT Goku which can be obtained by the Future Warrior. It's in-game description reads: "If you time repeated command input right, you can attack up to 7x in a row".

Ray Gun

By training under Jaco under the pretense of becoming a Galactic Patrol cadet, the Future Warrior can learn several skills that allow them to using the Galactic Patrol's standard issue Ray Gun. There are two Super Skills and one Ultimate Skill:

  • Elite Beam - A Super Skill that allows one to fire an energy beam from their Ray Gun forward. Learned in School Quest: "Lesson 1" of Jaco's Training.
  • Elite Shooting - A Super Skill where one fires several shots from their Ray Gun in an erratic fashion. Learned in School Quest: "Lesson 2" of Jaco's Training.
  • Super Elite Combo - Jaco's Ultimate Skill where the user performs a rush attack then skillfully finish it with a Ray Gun blast. Learned in School Quest: "Lesson 3" at the end of Jaco's Training.

Other weapons

  • Present For You - Mr. Satan's weapon-based Super Skill which he tried to use to destroy Majin Buu before he befriended him. In Xenoverse, the user pulls out a giant present box that eventually opens either slightly restoring health or occasionally one will be a disguised jack-in-the-box which will pop out and damage nearby enemies. The boxes come with parachutes when used in the air and open when in close proximity of an enemy or after a certain amount of time. It is somewhat difficult to use due to its unpredictable nature. The Future Warrior can learn this skill during their training with Mr. Satan as a Master.
  • Stone Bullet - Goten's rock throwing technique used while helping Gohan train for the World Martial Arts Tournament. Can be obtained in Parallel Quest 56: "Hercule Is Number One".

Racial abilities and Skills

Skills, Abilities, and Techniques that require the Future Warrior to be a specific race in order to be used.

  • Saiyan Spirit - Bardock's Ultimate Skill which is an Energy Punch fueled by Saiyan Soul and thus can only be used by the Future Warrior if they are Saiyan.
  • Shining Slash - Future Trunks' super skill can only be used by Earthlings or Saiyans.
  • Burning Slash - Future Trunks' super skill used to kill Frieza can only be used by Earthlings or Saiyans.
  • Candy Beam - Majin Buu's signature skill which can also be used by the Future Warrior if they are a member of the Majin race. Temporarily turns nearby opponents into a ball of candy which prevents the opponent from either attacking or being attacked.
  • Majin Kamehameha - A imitation of Kamehameha technique exclusive to members of the Majin race which can be charged up to 3 stages.
  • Evil Flight Strike - Piccolo's rush strike Super Skill which can be used by the Future Warrior if they are a member of either the Namekian or Majin races. The user launches a barrage of strikes while ascending.
  • Ill Bomber - Super Buu's self-destruct Super Skill which can be used by the Future Warrior if they are a member of the Majin race. Allows the user to blow themselves up damaging nearby opponents and become momentarily invincible while they regenerate their body and the user does not lose any health by using it.
  • Explosive Buu Buu Punch - One of Majin Buu's rush strike Super Skills which can be used by the Future Warrior if they are a member of the Majin race. Allows the user to stretch their arms to unleash a barrage of punches.
  • Zigzag Express - Majin Buu's Super Skill can only be used by Male Majin.
  • Quick Sleep - One of Kid Buu's Super Skills which can be used by which can used by the Future Warrior if they are a member of the Majin race. Allows the user to Sleep to recover health. Can also be used by a Majin Future Warrior in their Pure Majin form.
  • Namek Finger - A strike Super Skill that can only be used by the Namekian race.

Transformations

In Xenoverse 2, all the Future Warrior's transformations are all classified as Awoken Skills. Some such as the Super Saiyan forms and Kaio-ken allow the Warrior to transform into higher versions depending on the amount of Ki they have charged up when transforming. All Awoken Skill transformations can be deactivated using Unlock Awoken Skill using the same button input used to activate the transformation. Some transformations are exclusive depending on race while others can be used regardless of it.

Kaio-Ken

The Kaio-Ken skills can be used by a Future Warrior of any race. Unlike Xenoverse, the Kaio-ken and its multipliers are all accessible through the Kaio-ken Awoken Skill depending on the amount of Ki Bars the Warrior has charged up.

  • Kaio-ken - King Kai's power-up super skill which the Future Warrior can obtain in Parallel Quest 08: "Invade Earth". Is maintained by the users stamina. 1 to 2 Ki bars are required to preform the standard unmultiplied Kaio-ken.
    • Kaio-ken x3 - Drains stamina more quickly than the Kaio-ken. 3 to 4 Ki bars are required to perform the Kaio-ken x3.
    • Kaio-ken x20 - The twenty-fold Kaio-ken used by Goku against Frieza's 50% Final Form. Drains stamina more quickly than Kaio-Ken x3. 5 or more Ki bars are required to preform the Kaio-ken x20.

Super Saiyan forms

All Super Saiyan Forms are exclusive to members of the Saiyan Race. The Future Warrior can only use these skill if they are a Saiyan. Unlike in Xenoverse, the Super Saiyan form no longer grants unlimited skill use and does not drain ki, though ki will charge and build up much more slowly getting slower at higher levels like SSJ2 and SSJ3. Also the transformation no longer ends automatically if the user runs out of ki, though the user can revert to their base form by using the Unlock Awoken Skill which deactivates the transformation. The user can also transform from one Super Saiyan level to another if they have the necessary amount of ki charged up (transforming also does not use up any ki, as ki is only required to access it). While in Super Saiyan form, the user will use rapid movement when performing charged melee attacks and certain Super Skills like the Kamehameha allowing them to close in on opponents.

  • Super Saiyan - If the Future Warrior is a Saiyan, they can transform into a Super Saiyan. This form drains ki, but raises all stats, lowers damage taken, and makes it so all skills no longer consume ki but instead slows how much ki is generated from attacking and ki charging skills. The Future Warrior can transform by defeating Super Saiyan 3 Goku and Super Saiyan 2 Vegeta in Capsule Corporation Quest: "Saiyan Awakening" after Vegeta sends them to talk to Bulma and Kid Trunks about the Super Saiyan form. The Super Saiyan Awoken Skill allows the user to transform into their Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2, and Super Saiyan 3 forms depending on the amount of Ki the user has charged up. 3 Ki bars are required to transform into the first Super Saiyan form.
    • Super Saiyan 2 - A powered up version of Super Saiyan. The version raises the user's power even higher and adds a Plasma Aura while slowing the generation of ki more than the basic Super Saiyan form. 4 Ki bars are required to transform into Super Saiyan 2.
      • Super Saiyan 3 - A more advanced version of Super Saiyan first unlocked by Goku while training in Other World. This version the user's hair grows out, gains a Plasma Aura, and raises their power even higher than Super Saiyan 2 while slowing the generation of ki more than Super Saiyan 2. 5 Ki Bars are required to transform into Super Saiyan 3. Depending on their gender, the Warrior will lose their eyebrows while transformed if male, but retain them if they are female.
    • Super Vegeta - A variation of the Future Warrior's Super Saiyan form. The transformation has a more relaxed transformation sequence than Super Saiyan, and the form focuses on raising the power of ki blasts, parallel to Super Saiyan focusing on the power of strike skills. It can be unlocked by completing Capsule Corporation Quest 04: "Final Showdown with Vegeta!". The Super Vegeta Awoken Skill allows the user the ability to transform into Super Vegeta and Super Vegeta 2 depending on the amount of ki charged up. 3 Ki Bars are required to transform into Super Vegeta.
      • Super Vegeta 2 - A powered up version of Super Vegeta, raising the user's power more though causes ki to build up more slowly. 4 Ki Bars are required to transform into Super Vegeta 2.
    • Future Super Saiyan - A version of the first Super Saiyan form used by Future Trunks and Future Gohan. Charges ki much faster than other types of Super Saiyan. 3 Ki bars are required to transform.

Potential Unleashed

At Orange Star High School in Conton City, the Future Warrior must Z-Rank all five Advancement Tests (from Easy to God Class), which will unlock the 6th and final Advancement Test Advancement Test Quest 06: "Final Advancement Test - Super Class". Completing this Final Advancement Test will unlock the Potential Unleashed Awoken Skill which can be used regardless of race.

Power Pole Pro

Become Giant

In the Guru's House time rift anomaly, a Namekian can acquire the Become Giant Awoken Skill by assisting Nail in protecting the Namekian Dragon Balls from the invading Galactic Frieza Army. Eventually, Piccolo will appear having sensed the Warrior's ki and reveals they possess a hidden power and that Nail may know how to unlock it. Nail will tell the Warrior to speak to Dende as he is a genius among the Dragon Clan despite his young age. Dende reveals the Warrior must be pushed to the brink while fighting other Namekians and suggests they ask Nail and Piccolo to help them. This unlocks Guru's House Quest: "Namekian Awakening" where the Warrior will face both Piccolo and Nail in battle to unlock their hidden power. After completing it, the Warrior unlocks the Become Giant Awoken Skill which allows them to access their Great Namek form. In this form, they increase in size, gaining new attacks and exclusive Super Skills, though are no longer capable of using their Evasive or Ultimate Skills while transformed. The transformation is fueled by Stamina and the transformation will automatically deactivate when Stamina is depleted completely, causing them to enter guard break status, preventing them from transforming until the Stamina gauge refills. The transformation can be deactivated manually using Unlock Awoken Skill to end the transformation before their stamina is depleted. In Great Namek form, the user gains four new Super Skills and new grab/throw:

  • Mouth Cannon: mid-range - A energy sphere Super Skill fired from the mouth at mid-range.
  • Mouth Cannon: short-range - A energy sphere Super Skill fired from the mouth at short-range.
  • Mouth Cannon: long-range - A energy sphere Super Skill fired from the mouth at long-range.
  • Evil Roar - An explosive wave Super Skill where he user roars to unleash an explosive wave from their giant body that knocks away nearby opponents.
  • Crushing in Hands - The user grabs and crushes an opponent between their giant hands before throwing the opponent.

Turn Golden

Purification

Inside the time rift anomaly around Majin Buu's House, a Majin can help Majin Buu create a family by bringing him enough food to fuel his fission technique. After Majin Buu creates his third fission child, he will sense the warrior possesses power similar to Kid Buu's and offers to help them unlock it as thanks for help him. This will unlock Majin Buu's House Quest: "Majin Awakening" where the Warrior assisted by Trunks and Goten will fight Majin Buu. After completing it, the warrior's Purification Awoken Skill is unlocked allowing them to transform into their Pure Majin form. In their pure majin state, they will take a form similar to Kid Buu, though will retain their selected voice and skin color. In addition to looking like Kid Buu, they will also gain his Super and Ultimate Skills while transformed and there basic attacks will be altered. Stamina is required to maintain the form and the user will automatically revert to normal when their stamina is depleted causing them to enter a guard break state and are incapable of transforming until it refills. In their Pure Majin form they gain access to new attacks and skills:

  • Pearl Flash - A chargeable dash attack Super Skill used by Pure Majin.
  • Vanishing Ball - A pink energy sphere Super Skill used by Pure Majin.
    • Super Vanishing Ball - An Ultimate Skill version of the Vanishing Ball used by Pure Majin.
      • Teleporting Vanishing Ball - An Ultimate Skill where a Pure Majin charges up a Super Vanishing Ball and uses teleportation before firing it at the opponent.
  • Quick Sleep - Super Skill that allows Pure Majins to regain health by sleeping.
  • Maximum Charge - A ki charging technique used by Pure Majins.
  • Angry Shout - An Evasive Skill where Pure Majin unleash a powerful kiai scream that also restores ki.
  • Mystic Ball Attack - Pure Majins can roll themselves into a ball to perform a cannonball-like attack. Can be used by Pure Majin as their charged weak and strong attacks.
