Machine Rain is an attack used by Meta-Cooler, in which he shoots multiple copies of himself at his opponent.
Overview
When Meta-Cooler points towards the opponent, hundreds of copies of himself appear and fly at the opponent, hitting them and inflicting massive damage.
This attack might be based on the scene in the movie Dragon Ball Z: The Return of Cooler where the Meta-Cooler Corps. rushes towards Goku and Vegeta after the two Saiyans defeated the first Meta-Cooler, which they thought was the only copy that existed.
