Magic Materialization (Bushitsu Shyutsu Gen Majyutsu) is a magical ability to create objects from seemingly thin air.
Piccolo uses this several times to create uniforms for himself and Gohan as well as a few other items. In The Buu Saga, Piccolo creates a hour glass out of nowhere in order to show the time Super Buu has to wait for hs fight with the ultimate warrior, Gotenks
Other Namekians such as Kami and Dende probably used this ability to create the Dragon Balls.
Spike the Devil Man and Dabura use this ability to make weapons: Akkuman creates a trident for his fight with Goku, Dabura created a spear when opposing Majin Buu and a sword when fighting Gohan.
Janemba doesn't truly use this ability as it may look in Fusion Reborn, he only changes a small club he already has a hold of.
Elder Kai creates a crystal ball, a highly useful device to monitor something that happens with another creature.
