The Maximum Power Kamehameha (MAXパワー亀破波; Literally meaning "MAX Power Turtle Destructive Wave") is Master Roshi's signature Kamehameha technique used while in MAX Power form. While the fundamentals of the technique are exactly the same as a regular Kamehameha, the overall power of this Kamehameha is all the more greater by Master Roshi being in MAX Power form, possessing enough power to extinguish the flames of Fire Mountain along with the mountain itself.
The Budokai Tenkaichi series coined the name MAX Power Kamehameha for Master Roshi's Ultimate Blast in his Max Power form. However, this technique is officially named Kamehameha Saidai Shutsuryoku (亀破波最大出力; Literally meaning "Turtle Destructive Wave at Maximum Output"); referring to its debut in the Japanese anime and manga series.

[edit] Fire Mountain
Goku and Chi-Chi brought Master Roshi to Fire Mountain to extinguish the roaring flames on the Ox-King's castle so that they could obtain a Dragon Ball. Master Roshi transformed into his Max Power form and launched the Maximum Power Kamehameha for the first time. The Maximum Power Kamehameha succeeded in extinguishing the fire, but the blast was so powerful that it blew away the mountain and castle.
[edit] Goku vs Jackie Chun
During his match against Jackie Chun (Master Roshi in disguise), Goku took a glimpse at the full moon and transformed into a Great Ape. In order to stop Goku's rampage, Jackie Chun used the Maximum Power Kamehameha a second time. It looked as though Goku was destroyed by the blast, but Jackie Chun actually destroyed the full moon, reverting Goku back to his normal self. After borrowing clothes from Krillin, Goku and Jackie Chun continued their match.
