A short, frog-faced, green-skinned henchman of Lord Slug. He has the ability to release small clones of himself from his body which he calls "Medas" and exhaust an opponent's energy, using this lethal technique on Gohan. Medamatcha is taken down by Goku after his absorption technique fails and Goku pummels him into the air, then exterminates all the Medas, and grabs him when he falls back down, allowing his limp body to fall to the ground, dead.

Along with countless other Dragon Ball antagonists, Medamatcha makes a cameo appearance in the 1995 film Fusion Reborn when the residents of Hell make their escape to Earth.

- The part where Goku arrives and kills Medamatcha is similar to the way of how he incapacitated Nappa during the Saiyan Saga.
