Merry-Go-Round Gum (グルグルガム) is a tough, sticky and gooey gum like substance that the Giras can use.

Overview

The user shoots it out of his mouth, and it will then fly towards the person or thing and wrap around it. It is very tight, similar to a straight jacket; if encased in it, the only way out is to break it with brute strength.

Giran states that the gum is so strong that not even he can break it and the more the victim struggles, the tighter the gum gets. However, if a victim is strong enough, they can possibly break out of it. Giran uses this move twice, first on Goku and later on Tambourine, who both easily break free.[2]

Also, Goku easily destroys a dam made of Giras' gums with a powerful Kamehameha.[3]

Video game appearances

The technique appears in the game Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 as a playable technique for the Future Warrior (Xenoverse 2).
