The Plant Village Mayor is a Plantian who is the mayor of a small village on Planet Plant. He only appears in the manga version of Dragon Ball: Episode of Bardock.

Main article: Dragon Ball: Episode of Bardock Ipana, the doctor of the mayor's village, found a Saiyan named Bardock and brought him to the village. When the village is attacked by Chilled's underlings, Toobi and Cabira, Bardock confronts and quickly kills them. The mayor with the villagers come to thank him; however, Bardock refuses their gratitude and flies off.
