"Fire a Ki Blast that on hit, causes you and your opponent to switch positions."
Dragon Ball: Xenoverse in-game description

Position Shift is a weapon-based Ki Blast technique used by Towa in Dragon Ball: Xenoverse that switches positions between the user and the opponent it hits.

Overview

The user throws Towa's spear/staff inside a Ki Blast, that upon connecting with the opponent, switches positions between the user and opponent and leaving the opponent briefly disoriented and confused. When used up close after the switch the user appears behind to opponent putting them in a perfect position to attack their exposed backside. In battles against multiple enemies it can be used to avoid one enemy's attack by switch positions with one of their allies.

Appearances in games

Position Shift was named and first appeared in Dragon Ball: Xenoverse as part of the GT Pack 2 DLC and is one of Towa's Super Skills. It can also be obtained by the Future Warrior who can purchase this skill from the Skill Shop in Toki Toki City's Industrial Sector.

In Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, Position Shift returns as a Super Skill which can be obtained by the Future Warrior (Xenoverse 2) by purchasing it from the Skill Shop after defeating Kid Buu in the main story.
