While Krillin and Future Trunks are in Dr. Gero's laboratory basement to destroy it, they find Present Cell in his larval form growing under the care of Dr. Gero's Supercomputer. Future Trunks and Krillin together launch an energy wave that destroys him, they then take the blueprints for shutting down Android 17 and Android 18 that they also found in the basement and destroy the whole lab after.
The form that Present Cell takes on for his entire manga and anime appearance. He is destroyed by Future Trunks and Krillin.
Only used in Frieza's scenario in the video game Dragon Ball Z: Supersonic Warriors. Cell achieves this form upon birth since Gero adjusted him to not need to absorb the Androids.

Present Cell appears in Frieza's scenario in Dragon Ball Z: Supersonic Warriors. Twenty years after Frieza had gained ultimate power and taken over the Earth, Present Cell awakens in Gero's laboratory already in his Perfect form due to a change made by Gero just before his death. Cell sets out to fight Frieza, and destroys his elite soldiers and his castle. Present Cell is soon confronted by Frieza himself and the two fight, with Frieza destroying Earth and Present Cell with a powerful Death Ball.
