Red Blazing Aura is a Power Up used by Chi-Chi.
Overview
The user produces a red aura, similar to the Kaio-ken, that decreases the damage taken by the user.[1] This technique is also meant to depict Chi-Chi's anger.

Chi-Chi's Red Blazing Aura in Dragon Ball Super
Chi-Chi uses this technique at Kame House after being angered by Krillin's girlfriend Maron.
In Dragon Ball Super, Chi-Chi uses this technique when Gohan suggests that Goten trains with Goku instead of him.
