"Fire a Ki Blast in front of you. Whether it hits or misses, you will move behind your opponent and unleash another blast."
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Tutorial description

Reversal Launcher (リバーサルランチャー) is a two-part energy sphere attack used by Bojack.

Overview

Bojack starts the attack by firing a small green energy sphere at his opponent. Regardless if the attack hits them, misses them, or is defended against, Bojack reappears behind the opponent in their blind spot and fires another energy sphere at them upside down, dealing a huge amount of damage.

Bojack used this attack in his short match with Piccolo in the movie Dragon Ball Z: Bojack Unbound. When Piccolo appears and saves Gohan from Bojack's Full Power Energy Ball, Piccolo remarks he will step into the fight and attacks Bojack, who fights Piccolo off and fires the Reversal Launcher at him after Piccolo deflected the initial blast, sending the Namekian crashing into a building and defeating him.

This attack was named in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 (mis-translated as Reverse Launcher) where it appears as one of Bojack's Super Skills as part of the Super Pack 3 DLC. The Future Warrior can learn this technique by completing Bojack's Initiation Test to train under him.[1] The user will move behind the opponent to fire another blast regardless whether the first blast hits or misses.
