Rom (ロム Romu) is a 7-year-old orphan who meets Gohan, he is also the older brother of Chico.

Background
Rom was only 5 years old when he along with his younger sister Chico lost their parents in a Tsunami.

Main article: Vegeta Saga Along with his sister Chico, Rom discovers the young Gohan washed up on a beach. At first he wants Gohan's sword but instead nurses him back to health with Chico. Rom is one of the children in the orphan clan led by Pigero. He lives alongside many other orphans such as Ena, Jinku, Yordon, and Hacchi. Later in the episode, he is taken back to an orphanage when the police and orphanage people capture the children.
