"A Saiyan girl who's obsessed with fashion. She is especially keen on Earth fashion, and removed her tail because she thought it looked silly."
Ruccola has long dark brown hair and wears a vest and inner shirt similar to Android 18's along with a skirt and knee high boots.
"I like this outfit. Huh? Train? But my clothes'll get dirty!"
Ruccola is obsessed with fashion and is especially keen on Earth fashion, to the point that she removed her tail as she thought it looked silly and presumably so she would not have to alter her Earthling style clothing to accommodate her tail. She is so focused on maintaining her appearance and keeping her clothes clean that it apparently overrides the pure saiyan drive to train and fight. However despite these quirks she is still a capable fighter.
Little is known about her history, but like most fighters in the Timespace Tournament, presumably she is from one of the many timelines connected to the Timespace Rift created by Tekka and Pinich's wish to Shenron.
At some point she became obsessed with fashion, particularly Earthling women's fashion. She became so focused on her appearance that she decided to remove her Saiyan Tail as she thought it looked silly.
After Tekka's team learns how to recruit new allies from Master Roshi, they can recruit her by KO'ing her with a Zenkai Attack. After she is recruited, she will join Tekka's team (allowing her to be selected as playable character) and will appear in the Team's Spaceship.
Being listed as a C-Rank fighter in Dragon Ball Fusions, her power is likely comparable to fighters such as Nail, Yamcha, Chiaotzu, Videl, Bulla, Raditz, Gine, Saibamen, Nappa, and Guldo, though could possibly comparable to a Cell Jr. (though this seems highly unlikely as Zarbon, Dodoria, and the members of the Ginyu Force aside from Guldo are listed as B-Rank fighters).

- Ruccola's reason for removing her tail is ironically similar to why Akira Toriyama decided to do away with them, as it was confusing for him how Saiyans dressed themselves with the tail on, and these sorts of minutia annoyed him to no end, enticing him to get rid of Saiyans' tails and is presumably why Cabba and Saiyans of Universe 6, as well as Saiyan hybrids born after Gohan lack tails entirely.
