Ryūsei Nakao
Tomoharu Takeo (竹尾 智晴, born on February 5, 1951, Tōkyō), better known by his stage name Ryūsei Nakao (中尾 隆聖) is a Japanese actor, singer, and voice actor attached to 81 Produce and he has also worked under the name of Tomoharu Minamiya (南谷 智晴).
He is known for voicing Frieza, Cooler, and Tambourine. He also voiced Chilled in Dragon Ball Heroes and the Dragon Ball: Episode of Bardock anime adaptation. He also voices Frost, Universe 6's version of Frieza, in Dragon Ball Super. He is also the voice of Cooler and Frieza's EX-Fusion Fooler in Dragon Ball Fusions.
He is also known for voicing Mayuri Kurotsuchi from Bleach, Caesar Clown from One Piece, and Baikinman from Soreike! Anpanman.
