Saiyan Soul (サイヤ人魂) is an ability used only by Saiyans. It is a Blast 1 technique that made its debut in the Budokai Tenkaichi series. When activated, it gives the user a little boost in their special abilities. It uses two or three Blast Gauges.

This technique later returns in Dragon Ball: Raging Blast and Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2, but its name has been changed to Saiyan Spirit.
