Sealed Light Beam (封印怪光線) is a restraining technique used by Garlic Jr.

OverviewEdit

First, he puts his hands in front of him, and then he fires rings of energy that paralyze and shrink the opponent.

Garlic Jr. originally used this technique in the Garlic Jr. Saga of Dragon Ball Z, after he escaped from the Dead Zone. He first used it to miniaturize and capture Mr. Popo while he was restrained in his henchmen's Energy Web, and later to miniaturize and capture Kami when he came back on his lookout.

Appearances in Video GamesEdit

Sealed Light Beam was named in the video game Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3, where it appears as one of Garlic Jr.'s Blast 1. It was named Telekinesis in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2. In those video games, it paralizes the opponent, but does not shrink them.
