Shamoians are a race of aliens first seen in the movie Dragon Ball Z: Broly - The Legendary Super Saiyan. Paragus enslaved them to do his bidding on New Planet Vegeta.

Shamoians are small creatures with most often a green skin color, the elderly generally having a darker skin. The young members of the race sports mohawks, and the most common hair color seems to be purple.
Added by Jeangabin666Sometime between the destruction of Planet Vegeta and the events of the movie, Paragus enslaved the Shamoians to do his bidding after a young Broly left their home world of Shamo in ruins. The Shamoians that were on New Planet Vegeta were led by an elderly member, with his young grandson serving as his attendant. While undergoing slave labor, they often looked up at the sky at Shamo with the hopes of going back to it someday, something that Broly observed at some point. One of the first things Broly does upon reaching Legendary Super Saiyan in the movie is killing hundreds of them with a single blast laughing with sadistic glee. Krillin, Master Roshi, and Oolong managed to rescue the survivors including the elderly one and his grandson, but not before Broly taunted them with freedom and destroyed planet Shamo. It is assumed that they eventually found a new place to live after the destruction of New Planet Vegeta.
A pair of Shamoians were later seen in the Other World, in the episode "Warriors of the Dead", training on Grand Kai's planet.
