Sidearm Flamer[citation needed] (横手フレーマー) is an impaling attack used by Tambourine in Dragon Ball.

Overview

Sidearm flamer

Tambourine's Sidearm Flamer kills Giran

Tambourine's hand glows orange like fire for a second, before impaling his opponent clear through his body with it.

Tambourine uses this attack to kill Giran. After Giran manages to strike Tambourine in the face with his large powerful tail, Tambourine retaliates by using the Sidearm Flamer. Tambourine later attempts the Sidearm Flamer on Yamcha, but King Piccolo interrupts and orders him to find and kill the one who killed Cymbal.

King Piccolo himself later uses a similar technique to execute King Furry's Strong Guard when he refuses to tell King Piccolo the location of King Furry.

Appearances in games

Tambourine uses the Sidearm Flamer to end the Super Marengeki (超魔連撃 Chō Marengeki, "Super Demon Consecutive Attack"), his Ultimate Blast in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3. He also uses it in Dragon Ball: Revenge of King Piccolo.
