South Galaxy is the Southern Quadrant of the universe in the Dragon Ball franchise. It is the territory that is home to many planets and life forms. The ruler of this galaxy is South Kai.

OverviewEdit

The South Galaxy has made appearances throughout Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Z movies. It is mentioned in Dragon Ball Z: Wrath of the Dragon that in 226 Before Age, the Hirudegarn war took place in the South Galaxy, on a planet named Konats.

With the exception of a few planets, the South Galaxy is destroyed in Age 767 by Super Saiyan Broly (while under Paragus' influence by his mind control device) before the events of Dragon Ball Z: Broly - The Legendary Super Saiyan.
