The Southern Transformation Kindergarten in Daimaō Fukkatsu

Southern Transformation Kindergarten (南部変身幼稚園, Nanbu Henshin Youchien), also called Shapeshifting Academy, is a school which teaches the art of Shapeshifting to children. It is said to be the most prestigious of kindergartens that teach the transforming arts.[1]

The kindergarten is first mentioned when Goku, Bulma and Oolong meet Yamcha and Puar in Diablo Desert. When Oolong sees Puar and Puar does not remember who he is, Puar is reminded when Oolong refers to the Shapeshifting Academy.

Puar successfully graduated, but Oolong was expelled from the school for stealing one of the female teacher's panties (in the English Dub, he was expelled for stealing the teacher's papers). In the movie Dragon Ball: The Path to Power, Puar states that Oolong used to turn into underwear and hide in the teacher's underwear drawer.

In Dragon Ball: Daimaō Fukkatsu, Goku investigates the Southern Transformation Kindergarten after Krillin's death at the hand of Tambourine. There, he meets two teachers, Pondanuki and Pongitsun, and confronts King Piccolo's demons who took Oolong and Puar's places while the two were in the WC. In Dragon Ball: Xenoverse, a Majin NPC says he was a student of the Southern Transformation kindergarten. His friend, Nema, also capable of shapeshifting, was likely a student there as well.
