Oolong and Puar at school in Dragon Ball: Adventure Special

The kindergarten is first mentioned when Goku, Bulma and Oolong meet Yamcha and Puar in Diablo Desert. When Oolong sees Puar, who does not remember who he is, Puar is reminded when Oolong refers to the Shapeshifting Academy.

Puar successfully graduated, but Oolong was expelled from the school for stealing one of the female teacher's panties (in the English dub, he was expelled for stealing the teacher's papers). In Dragon Ball: The Path to Power, Puar states that Oolong used to turn into underwear and hide in the teacher's underwear drawer.

Oolong (in fact a disguised demon) at school in Daimaō Fukkatsu

In Dragon Ball: Daimaō Fukkatsu, Goku investigates the Southern Transformation Kindergarten after Krillin's death at the hand of Tambourine. There, he meets two teachers, Pondanuki and Pongitsun, and confronts King Piccolo's demons who took Oolong and Puar's places while the two were in the WC.

In Dragon Ball Xenoverse, Tennile says he was a student of the Southern Transformation kindergarten.

In Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, it is called the Shapeshifting Academy and has a Z-Encyclopedia entry in the Terms section under Keywords. It is not found in the World section as it cannot be visited at any point in the game. The entry is unlocked by completing Oolong's Sub Story "The Mystery of the Missing Tail".
