Super Flash Bomber is a more powerful version of the Flash Bomber used by Super 17. Super 17 places both hands forward with his fingers stretching out, concentrating even more energy into his fingertips. He then fires countless small, white and yellow energy waves that act as machine guns capable of spanning across an entire planet.

Super 17 uses this attack during his battle with Goku in his Super Saiyan form. After Goku punches Super 17 halfway across the Earth, the Android retaliates by firing the Super Flash Bomber back across the Earth, creating lots of explosions. The Saiyan flees toward Super 17 while deflecting the blasts, and punches him in the stomach, stopping the attack.
