Super Saiyan Goku is the fourth level of the Special Saga in the video game Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3. It is based on the movie Dragon Ball Z: Lord Slug.

PlotEdit

Goku fights the Namekian, Lord Slug, whose troops have defeated Gohan and Piccolo. King Kai warns Goku that Slug is a Super Namek. After being badly hurt, Goku's true power is released and transforms into a False Super Saiyan (although he does not in the game). To defeat him, Slug becomes a Great Namek, but is destroyed by the Spirit Bomb.

Alternate endingsEdit

If the player defeats Slug without pressing the transformation button once, then Goku will say something before the battle ends. If the transformation button is pressed once, but Slug is beaten before he transforms, then he will say what he would say in a duel battle.
