Susan Huber is an American voice actress who works for FUNimation Entertainment. She has provided voice for a number of English language versions of Japanese anime films and television series. She is best known for voicing Suno in Dragon Ball and Videl in Dragon Ball GT. She is also credited as Lucy Small.
