Susan Huber
Susan Huber, also credited as Lucy Small, is an American voice actress who works for Funimation. She has provided voice for a number of English language versions of Japanese anime films and television series. She is best known for voicing Upa in Dragon Ball, Suno and Pan in Dragon Ball Z, and Videl in Dragon Ball GT.
