Shouldnt this be the Ginyu Special Corps?205.209.70.128 20:01, 5 December 2007 (UTC)

Vegeta taking credit?[]

Goku was the one who actually defeated everyone on the Ginyu Force except for Jeice. Guildo was fought by Krillin and Gohan and Vegeta just killed him when he wasn't looking. Recoome and Burter were defeated by Goku and killed when they were unconcious by Vegeta. Jeice was legitimately killed by vegeta and Ginyu was the only survivor.

It seems this article gives too much credit to Vegeta and almost none to anyone elese. Goku isn't even mentioned here.

Name: Ginyu Force/The Ginyu Force[]

Shouldn't the page name be "Ginyu Force" rather than "The Ginyu Force"? Jeangabin666 09:36, November 21, 2010 (UTC)

Galatic Genocide?[]

Was the Ginyu Force used by Freeza to depopulate entire planets like the Saiyans were? Or were they just eltie fighters?

The Ginyu Force was Frieza's best, and most elite fighters in his organisation. They were used for special missions that none of his ordinary men were capable of. They could depopulate a planet as you said, but their only role in the series was simply the Battle of Namek, and possibly the extermination of Planet Yardrat. They were also used to defeat specific fighters (As in the series, Vegeta) that his regular men could not do either. So Frieza, more than likey gave them different missions, just depending on what he needed done. Hope this helps. Remember to sign your post. Guldo derived from yogurt?[]

This page says that Guldo is derived from yogurt, but I don't think that's true, is it? In Japanese it's pronounced "Ghurdo," which seems to me to clearly come from the English word "curd," not yogurt.

Ether rogue (talk) 09:51, July 26, 2012 (UTC)

Because it doesn't come from the English. Yogurt is pronounced guruto in Japanese. "Ghurdo" comes form the last part of this word, guruto. ShulabyninjaJeangabinTalkContribDaburawrh 10:32, July 26, 2012 (UTC)

Comments in parentheses and video game text pic[]

Starting a talk topic in case anyone wants to discuss what seems like is turning into an edit war. -- SSJ4 Goku(2) 10X.Ka.me.ha.me.ha.....talk.....contrib. 02:49, June 12, 2015 (UTC)

The page should stay as is because that's the anime and manga power levels, and the other revision had some video game power levels mixed, and games levels are sometimes inconsistent (like Broly having 999,999 of power level in Attack of the Saiyans). Agree, just leave it as is. Power levels do not need to be added in parentheses in the middle of a sentence. Ripto (talk) 02:58, June 12, 2015 (UTC)
