Well, since King Yemma is stronger than Raditz (Who had a power level of 1,200), and is weaker than King Kai, [Who admitted is weaker than the saiyans, meaning that he is at least below 4,000 for Nappa (Or around 7,500 for Nappa's full power)] then it would be safe to assume he has a power level any where from 1,500 to 3,000.
