Yes, that did happen, and yes, I watched that part. However, in that very same episode, episode 43, I believe, Frieza and Cell both state, explicitly clearly, that you can't die after you die. Goku even kills them, but they just come back immediately. Clearly, this is an inconsistency, but we don't actually see (if I remember correctly) any characters lose their existence in the Buu Saga, while we do see them not lose their existence in GT. I may be incorrect, but it seems like we should go by what's stated in GT for an event that happened in GT. Destructivedisk 03:01, October 29, 2010 (UTC)
