North City?[]
IS no one going to mention that the area around North City, seen in Resurrection F, barely looks anything like the image seen here? Doing a quick search of this very wiki, the only known city that I could find with a waterfront of ANY SORT is East City. So, unless someone levelled a few mountains, that's not North City.
