This is the 15th episode of the Fortuneteller Baba Saga in the Dragon Ball series. The original Japanese title is "Abare Kaiju Inoshikacho". The episode first aired on October 7, 1987.

A low snarling growl, the ground trembling beneath your feet, and a shivering tingle up your spine. These are the only warning signs that the creature is coming. And right now, it's coming for Goku! It is the monster, InoShikaCho!

• This episode feature a young Tien and Chiaotzu. It is their first appearance in the anime version of the story.
• This is also the name of a battle formation in the Naruto anime series, where Ino, Shikamaru, and Choji get into a triangular formation.
• The adult village maiden resembles Chi-Chi.
• The young girl that rescues and feeds Goku strongly resembles Bulma, but with black hair.
