The Red Ribbon Army (マッスルタワーの恐怖, Massuru Tawā no Kyōfu; "The Terror of Muscle Tower") is the fifth volume of the original Dragon Ball manga series written by Akira Toriyama. It was released on January 9, 1987 in Japan and on March 2003 for the English version. It covers the end of the Tournament Saga and the beginning of the Red Ribbon Army Saga.

Differences from the animeEdit

• A scene of Goku and the others riding in a van after the tournament was not present in the anime.
