Technically it would be Gogeta that borrowed from Vegito, since Vegito was first. Even if that attack wasn't named at the time.

Big Bang Kamehameha.
Final Kamehameha was stolen from Gogeta, since only Blue Vegito used that. Unless you count the noncanon games.

It all depends if that thing Vegito did up there counts as Big Bang Kamehameha. If it is then Vegito was the first user.
Well the true order was non-canon video game Vegito used Final Kamehameha, then anime Gogeta used it, then anime Vegito used it. So it could go either way.

Nope, Gogeta first used the Final Kamehameha in Ultimate battle 22
Albeit i never done a meteor dash (?) in Hyper Dimension so i don't know what new attacks Vegetto has
As far i know his attack in DB Legends is the beam sword, finished by the KI blast (at least in the playstation 1 version)
