The Thunder Flash Attack is a powerful attack taught to Pikkon by the West Kai as his ultimate technique. First, Pikkon sways his arms around his body as he produces a blue flame-like aura. Then, he draws his hands out to his sides and closes them into fists as he crosses his arms on his chest. Finally, Pikkon draws his fists together in front of him and fires a huge storm of flames at the opponent, inflicting a massive amount of damage through a fiery explosion.
Pikkon used this attack against Full-Power Super Saiyan Goku three times in Other World tournament. The first time it was performed, it was successful in blasting and injuring Goku. In the second time, the attack again blasted Goku, but did not inflict as much as the first as Goku blocked and braced for impact. In the third time, however, Goku eventually discovered the weakness of the Thunder Flash Attack: Pikkon cannot move when he is performing the technique. Using this to his advantage, Goku used Instant Transmission to teleport away from the attack and fired the Kamehameha against Pikkon from the side, knocking him out of the ring.
