"Time skip and attack an opponent behind you."
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Skill description

Time-Skip/Back Breaker (時とばし・背壊) is a heavy finish attack utilizing the Time-Skip technique used by the assassin Hit.

Overview

To use the attack, Hit uses his Time-Skip technique to freeze his opponent in time momentarily, allowing him to land a hard blow to their gut area, briefly stunning his opponent.

Goku hurt from the attack

Hit used this attack in his battle with Super Saiyan Blue Goku during the Universe 6 and 7 Invitational Fighting Tournament. When Goku proved he had the Time-Skip utterly beaten, and he was too fast for Hit's normal speed, Hit realized he had to improve himself, so he mimicked Goku's method of powering up. This in turn did not increase his power or speed, but increased the duration of his Time-Skip. When Hit did this to increase his Time-Skip from 0.1 seconds to 0.2 seconds, Goku was not aware of this until he charged to attack Hit but was hit with the Time-Skip/Back Breaker, leaving Goku hurt on the ground. Due to Goku allowing Hit to improve, Hit allowed Goku to regain his composure but said he won't get a chance to do so again.

Video Game Appearances

This attack was named and first appeared in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 as one of Hit's Super Skills in his Suit 2 (also known as Hit (Awoken)) Skillset which is available after the Version 1.05.00 Update. In Xenoverse 2, it allows the user to attack opponents behind them.[1]

"(1) Prepare to attack from behind. (2) When an opponent is in range, time skip and then attack."
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Tutorial description

As part of the Super Pack 1 DLC, the Future Warrior can learn this technique by completing School Quest: "Lesson 1" of Hit's Training.[2]
