"Time skip and attack an opponent in front of you."
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Skill description

Time-Skip/Flash Skewer (時とばし・閃貫) is a physical punch technique utilizing the Time-Skip technique used by the assassin Hit.

Overview

To use the attack, Hit uses his Time-Skip technique to freeze his opponent in time momentarily, allowing him to land a hard blow to their face. This was notably used to counter an opponent charging directly towards him.

Hit used this attack numerous times in his battle with Goku during the Universe 6 and 7 Gods of Destruction Selection Martial Arts Competition. When the fight started, Goku repeatedly tried to attack Hit in order to properly gauge his usage of the Time-Skip. Hit used the Time-Skip/Flash Skewer a number of times to counter Goku's every attack and landing hard blows on him. Goku shook off the attacks and continued to attack Hit.

Appearances in Video Games

This attack was named in Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2 where it appears as one of Hit's Super Skills in his Suit 2 (or Pure Progress) skillset which is available after the Version 1.05.00 Update.

"1. Prepare to attack forwards. 2. When an opponent is in range, time skip and then attack."
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Tutorial description

As part of the Super Pack 2 DLC, the Future Warrior can learn this technique by completing Hit's Initiation Test to train under him.[1]
