"Move behind your opponent, time skip and then attack them. Press Control Stick to move in front of them."
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Skill description

Time-Skip/Tremor Pulse (時とばし・揺撹) is a kicking technique utilizing the Time-Skip used by the assassin Hit.

Overview

To use the attack, Hit uses his Time-Skip technique to freeze his opponent in time momentarily, allowing him to appear behind his opponent and land a hard kick to their gut area.

Predicting Hit's reflexes, Goku blocks the attack

Hit used this attack numerous times in his battle with Goku during the Universe 6 vs. 7 tournament. When the fight started, Goku repeatedly tried to attack Hit in order to properly gauge his usage of the Time-Skip. Hit used the Time-Skip/Tremor Spike to counter Goku's initial attack and landing a hard blow on him. Goku shook off the attack and continued to attack Hit. When Goku understood how the Time-Skip worked, he ended up predicting Hit's movements during his Time-Skip usage duration and successfully blocked his attacks.

Appearances in Video Games

This attack was named and first appeared in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 as Hit's Evasive Skill in his Suit 2 (also known as Hit (Awoken)) Skillset which is available after the Version 1.05.00 Update.[1]
