Dragon Ball Online
Mira uses it to transform Bardock into Time Breaker Bardock, who later uses it on Great Ape Gohan under Mira's orders. Towa uses it several times during the Battle on Planet Namek to turn several of Frieza's soldiers into Time Breakers.
Time Breaker mind control appears in Dragon Ball Heroes, as Time Breaker Bardock (under the name Masked Saiyan) is playable starting from GDM1, his mind-controlled Great Ape form also appears and is playable since GDM2. Later Time Breaker Vegeta (under the name Black Masked Saiyan) is playable since GDM9.
In Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, Towa uses a combination of Time Breaker mind control and Dark Magic to turn Bardock into the Masked Saiyan and the Future Warrior into the Masked Future Warrior. Mira wanted Towa to use the same process on Turles and Lord Slug but Towa found they where causing havoc through history fine on their own and she planned to use them to test a new Dark Magic spell that shaves off some of the victim's life force to grant them greater power using the Demon Realm-enhanced Fruit of the Tree of Might she had created for Turles. When Turles and Slug tried to use the Namekian Dragon Balls to achieve immortality, Towa simply used the new spell on them after they consumed the fruit to battle the Future Warrior, granting Turles and Slug more power though as it was untested they still possessed free will as they announced that they would use their new found power against Towa and each other, once they had dealt with the 2nd Future Warrior and Xeno Trunks. Towa's new spell resulted in the creation of the Supervillain Mode power up which she used to replace the old Villainous Mode power-up she and Demigra had used previously. She could also use the spell to grant warriors such as Janemba, Broly, Cell, Kid Buu, Golden Frieza, and Metal Cooler Supervillain forms which not only increased their power but also put them under the Time Breakers control without the need to use Time Breaker mind control. However Mira's Supervillain form was the exception as Mira acquired it by exceeding his power limiter, thus not even Towa could control Supervillain Mira as shown by his refusal to stand down, forcing Towa to join forces with the 2nd Future Warrior to stop him out of fear his meltdown would destroy her, Tokitoki's egg, and possibly all of Universe 7. In Xenoverse 2, the mind control seems to be tied to the masks worn by Bardock and the Future Warrior, as they where freed from it when the masks where removed during combat, however partially breaking the mask would not free its wearer as Bardock remained under Mira and Towa's control when the 2nd Future Warrior broke his mask in Age 778, forcing Mira to intervene. Additionally the Future Warrior's mask was designed as part of a plan to infiltrate the Time Vault by tricking Xeno Trunks and the 2nd Future Warrior in bring it with them as evidence. This would allow Towa to bypass the barrier created by Chronoa and Elder Kai to protect the Time Nest and Conton City, which had been erected in response to the Demigra Incident. While under the control of the masks, Towa could power them up using Dark Magic granting them the Supervillain Mode power up state as long as they where under her control. In addition to brainwashing Bardock, Towa also modified his body to increase his strength, though these modifications where permanent as they remained even when Xeno Bardock was freed, as Xeno Bardock told Mira he would make him and Towa regret the modifications Towa had made by using it and all of his power to defeat Mira. It is suggested that through the power of these modifications combined with Bardock's Saiyan Power, and his rage over being manipulated allow Bardock to transform into Super Saiyan 2 and then Super Saiyan 3 over the course of his battle with Mira inside the Time Rift. It is unclear if Towa made any modifications to the Warrior's body or not, though it is unlikely as she was only using them as a means to get into the Time Vault to steal Tokitoki's Egg, after she had failed to replicate it artificially.
