Torbie is an member of an unnamed race. He has red skin and his physcial build is similar to that of Cell's perfect form. (His head also resembles Darth Vader's helmet.) He is a powerful fighter from the Southern Galaxy. In the Other World Tournament, he first battles Tapkar. Torbie wins by default however when Tapkar wastes all of his energy running around the arena and forfeits. In the finals, he battles Pikkon. Though he puts up a good fight, he is still defeated by Pikkon in the end. He has a few cameo appearances in the Kid Buu Saga when Kid Buu is attacking Grand Kai's planet.

- Levitate: Torbie uses his wings to fly.
- Ki Attacks:Torbie uses his energy attacks as a common technique but is never actullay seen using them.
