Overview
Edit

Added by Super Saiyan 7 SomebodyFirst, Goku says "Get ready for the real deal!" as he draws his hands to his right side. Then, he prepares the Super Kamehameha, but charges his Super Saiyan 3 energy within it, making it brighter and more powerful. Finally, Goku shouts "Kamehameha!" and fires the attack against the opponent, inflicting a massive amount of damage.
Goku uses this attack against Kid Buu. When Kid Buu fires a Super Kamehameha at Goku, he blocks it and fires the True Kamehameha. Kid Buu tries to return it, but loses his right hand and left arm. Goku calls it True Kamehameha when insulting Kid Buu, claiming his Kamehameha is not a real one.

Super Saiyan 3 Goku uses a similar technique in the Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi series, though it is called "Super Kamehameha" and is one of his Blast 2 attacks. The technique was named True Kamehameha in the Raging Blast games and Dragon Ball Z For Kinect, where it appears as Super Saiyan 3 Goku's Ultimate Blast. In Raging Blast 2, Goku performs the move similarly to Master Roshi's Original Kamehameha.
