Born 1000 years after era of the z fighters where technology has grown with the planet we know as Earth. A rift through space caused the most powerful saiyan to travel to the world of naruto. He blessed naruto sothat he could have a kaioshin saiyan hybrid son with hinata named NaruKaze.Sasuke and Sakura also had a daughter named Sasukara.They were both anbu when they fell in love and got married.Narukaze impregnated Sasukara.There was this makoshin saiyan hybrid who was about to be borned called Xicor.Also born later that day i the ninja world was Toshimaru.He was born with every nature type, kekkai gekkai (except for kimimoros), the rinnegan, sharingan(from sasuke) and the byakugan(from hinata), and every other dojutsu.The sage of six paths appeared and said this is the child of prophecy, the fourth sage of six paths, he will save the world from great evil.
In The Naruto World
Toshimaru became Anbu captain at 10 and learned every jutsu.He mastered sagemode at 13. He poseses every Bijuu and has final bijuu mode.He mastered all his dojutsus and fused them into one: he Divine Mangekyou Rinnegan.He can use susano'o, amaterasu and all powers of the mangkyou( powers of sasuke, itachi, madara, tobi, kakashi and shisui).He collected all rare weapons in naruto history.He defeted the second coming of tobi and the juubi(ten tails) in which Tobi succeded in summoning.
In The Dbz World
He grew up smart like gohan.He fought may enemies and trained his magic abilities with old kai as well as his fighting abilities.One day he met up with xicor who wanted control over the entire universe.He tried to kill grand kai for control but Toshimaru came. They both trans to ssj3 and fought ell but Toshimaru was the victor.For his bravery Toshimaru was given grand kais duties as overseer of the four kais and the universe. Being part kaioshin makes him the right guy for the job seen as he has a life span of over 100million years.
Toshimaru grew up training until the age of twenty four he became the ultimate warrior.He learned every move in dbz history, mastered them, branched a few techniques from them, and developed a few of his own.His ultimate move is Infinityx Final Star Soaring Dragon Kamehameha.
He had his potental unlocked twice by kami infused picolo and elder kai. He now has a base power level of 155,000,000,000,000,000.In his ultimate Toshimaru/Mystic Toshimaru form hi power level is 745,000,000,000,000,000. He can transform to 5000xkaioken, great ape, ssj, ascended ssj, ultra ssj, full power ssj, ssj 2, ssj 3, golden great ape, ssj 4 and, ssj5 where his power level is infinite and he is invunerable so he feels no fatigue.

PLEASE READ THIS FIRST!!
I know lots of people have done this before (heck, I just saw a list posted today) but I kinda want to do this for the heck of it. I'm gonna make a list of power levels throughout all of DBZ only. Not DB 'cause it's been way too long since I've seen it, no movies or filler sagas like Garlic Jr. (though I do have some filler scenes that weren't in the manga but aren't an entirely new saga), and no GT PLs. If anyone has anything to say, go ahead, whether you love it or hate it (although I'd like if you guys use contructive criticism unless you're really mad...:P). Just sign so I know who I'm replying to. It can get painfully detailed at times (I can get carried away). Sorry if the Sagas are a bit off. ALSO, there is some explaining to do once I get to the PL of the Supreme Kai (since this is highly debated) So, here it comes!
