I have to go with FMA Brotherhood. The plot and the characters are exellent in every way. The way Edward can be histarical one second then serious the next is done well. Also it has roy mustang who is one of the best characters ever made in a anime.

I liked Yu Yu hakuso alot as well and currently going through one piece witch I have to say suprissed me at how good it was. It's close to DB, FMA teritory for me I cant get enough of it.
