Something about Super Saiyans

Haha, haven't made one of these in a while.

So, we know that becoming a Super Saiyan for the first time is caused by a fit of extreme rage.

Well, I've been wondering.

For all those times after the first, where Goku and the others easily transform, how do they do it?

I don't think they have to become incredibly angry, because both Vegeta and Goku have had instant transformations with a smug, cocky look on their face. Is there some sort of trigger within them that they can pull once they have achieved the form for the first time?

So, I've been on the wiki for 367 days (well, 368 wikia days) now, two days over a year. I've learned even more about Dragon Ball, changed my avatar 8,925 times (estimation), made some good internet friends, and even a couple real-life friends too. I've spent countless hours doing nothing but making over 8,000 blog comments, 1,000 talk pages edits, around 275-300 article edits, and miscellaneous other things. I've learned more HTML coding skills, was promoted to Chat Mod status, and collected over 10,000 edits overall.

The point of this mostly-useless blog is:

Was this year worth wasting away?

Okay, so I have a question.

We know that Frieza, Buu, and most likely Cell can survive in space.

Since there is no air in space to breathe, does that mean that they don't breathe? Of course, that creates mini-plotholes in scenes in which they smell something (I couldn't tell you exact scenes) because if they don't breathe, they don't smell. Or maybe they don't HAVE to breathe, but they can if they want?

Yeah, I'm really doing this.

My favorite food is a tie bewteen Pizza and oriental.
My favorite movie is The Benchwarmers. When I was younger, it was The Lion King 1 1/2.
My favorite sport is Baseball, with Golf in second, and Basketball and (American) Football in a tie for third. I absolutely HATE soccer with a passion.
My favorite video game is Kingdom Hearts II with the Super Smash Bros. series close behind.
I can't really pick a favorite song of mine, but my least favorite would be any Taylor Swift song.
I am musically inclined; I can play any brass instrument as well as the Piano.
My dream when I was young was to be a game designer.
I have four cats and a coy.
Even though I despise reading, my favorite books would be The Battle of the Labyrinth by Rick Riordan and Atermis Fowl: The Eternity Code by Eoin Colfer, though I like all of the books in both series.
I am a subscriber to Nintendo Power magazine.
I am a fan of the show called The Sing-Off.
Though I used to think it was annoying, I love Angry Birds.
I used to be a Straight-A student, then middle school happened.
I love Airsoft wars, even though I don't happen to own a gun myself.

Alright, so.

We know that when Future Trunks was in his Super Trunks form, that he was indeed stronger than Perfect Cell. He had no chance, but he was stronger, in terms of brute force and power.

We can also conclude that first-movie Broly is weaker than Cell. The power that it took to defeat him in no way was strong enough to beat Cell, or else Goku would've tried it.

So what I'm saying is, can we conclude that if Super Trunks had somehow found a way to gain speed without losing any power, he could've beaten Broly in Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan? And we know that the movie most likely took place in the three days before the Cell Games, so we know that Trunks had the ability.
