Apparently Soba was able to surpass Frieza power by only a little, by the anime I would say his power level is 160,000,000, thou in the game it was 14,000,000 and friezas was 12 million. while friezas max was between 120,000,000-140,000,000, making him a little bit stronger than full power Super Saiyan Goku at that time, however Coolers power level was over 400,000,000(I think)
And by their abilities Cooler seems to have greater edge than Soba, however this fight still does bring question, on how Frieza is such a liar saying I AM THE MOST POWERFUL BEING IN THE UNIVERSE!!!
Sorry for being overly dramatic, but that's just what I think of Frieza when It comes to power.
However, Alex claims that Cooler even at his final form can beat Full power Frieza, since It took Goku over 2 HOURS!! To beat Frieza as a Super Saiyan, and it only took shall we say 5 minutes for him to beat Cooler.
However as this maybe true Goku was badly injured from the fight with Frieza, and as of what Vegeta has been saying for a while, whenever a Saiyan is badly beaten to near death, the stronger the Saiyan becomes, and that was a pretty bad beating of what Goku got in his fight with Frieza.
So whom do you think will win
