So does anyone else keep there emotions and anger bottled up?

The reason I'm asking is because I've noticed I am always doing that I never talk about my fellings or issues I'm having. I don't know why but I don't like talking about it it makes me feel weak and inferior or just childish but I don't know. This also has been leading me to get mad at everything even little things.

I guess what I'm trying to ask is, is it bad to keep everything bottled up?

Ok so about 5 months ago my modem broke and I had to borrow my cousins until he got his computer fixed and about a week ago it got fixed so now I got to wait to get a new one. I don't know how long it will take so it will be a temporary leave.
